Now, yesterday I stated we don’t look at foreclosures unless the ASKING PRICE is AT LEAST 85% of the ARV (after repair value also know as the value of the house once it is in good condition). This DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE PAY 85% OF THE ARV!!!!!!!!!
